She has spent 9 of those years in high-level management positions where she witnessed the strain on smaller firms. With extensive experience supporting complex investigations and managing regulatory requirements, Jennifer understands the importance of organization, accuracy, and accountability. Throughout her career, she has worked individually and with teams to improve operational efficiency by developing streamlined processes, maintaining organized project and case files, tracking critical deadlines, and ensuring licensing and compliance requirements are managed proactively.

Jennifer is also an experienced Origin and Cause Investigator who has worked in upper-level management positions, bringing firsthand knowledge of the fire investigation industry and the unique operational challenges firms face. This industry expertise allows her to provide practical solutions that support investigators behind the scenes, enabling them to focus on serving their clients and conducting thorough investigations.
